Alpha Tops S.A. first established a Rep Office in Beijing for cashmere procurement.

Began exporting cashmere sweaters to the US and Europe.

Established JV Alpha Ningxia Cashmere Co. Ltd. in Lingwu, Ningxia province for the procurement,dehairing and combing of cashmere raw material.

Established WFOE Alphatex Knitting Co. Ltd. Invested 1 million USD in Steiger knitting machinery, and rented- site.

Purchased new greenfield site in Linhe Industrial Developement Zone and began Factory Phase 1.

Completed Factory Phase 2 including expanding knitting production lines and creating new woven production lines.

Expanded with two additional woven lines and further automation of knitting.

Introduced new ERP management system.

Introduced “Smart Knitter” software system in knitting design department.

Oct. 11th is the 15th birthday of Alphatex, it's our new chapter.

The third-phase building project of Beijing Alphatex Knitting formally got underway on March 28th, with completion expected by the end of the year. Implementation of the widely awaited development is currently in full swing.
