The Mid-Autumn Festival (also called the Moon Festival) is coming. It is the second most important festival in China after Chinese New Year. Chinese people celebrate it through family gatherings, giving thanks for a good harvest, lighting paper lanterns and sending them up into the sky towards the fullest moon of the year and eating mooncakes etc.
Each year Alphatex Knitting staff celebrate the festival together and all employees receive a host of gifts from the management and top prizes in the raffle.
