The third-phase building project of Beijing Alphatex Knitting formally got underway on March 28th 2019, with completion expected by the end of the year. The 30million RMB investment will see a major overhaul of the current factory site in both its appearance and the production environment, with the addition of a new five story 5,500m2 production building. The steel and glass framed building is dedicated entirely to new production workshops for knitting, linking, sewing and woven cut and sew and will double the production space of Alphatex to provide a more efficient and safer working environment. Our existing Phase1 building will be refurbished to include new automation and expansion in pressing, a larger packing area and a new design office. Our existing Phase 2 building will converted to 100% warehouse use. Implementation of the widely awaited development is currently in full swing.
